4 year gelding WETHREEKINGS, an Allan Bloodlines yearling purchase for Cape Town trainer Vaughan Marshall's clients, got the New Year off to a great start for connections at Kenilworth this afternoon.
Ridden by top jockey Glen Hatt, the son of National Assembly, a Johannesburg National Yearling Sales graduate, took the Listed Southeaster Sprint (1,100 metres) by an impressive length and three quarters making it a good day for owners Messrs Ralphs and Koff and breeders Klawervlei Stud.
