DIKTAT COLT FINALLY GETS THERE


Modest Allan purchase looks a hurdler in the making

ZELOS DIKTATOR, a colt by Diktat purchased by Allan Bloodlines for a modest sum at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale Book 2 of 2007, finally broke his maiden yesterday at Newcastle.

 

Having his second run for trainer Rae Guest, ZELOS DIKTATOR won a mile and a half maiden beating into second place a favourite rated 20 lbs higher.  The handicapper will make an adjustment!  And the fellow looks to be a juvenile hurdler in the making.  Congratulations to connections for persevering with ultimate success.  A win is a win!
