Progressive Allan purchase wins again for Chapple-Hyam

The 3 year old gelding VICTORY IDE SAY won impressively this evening at Haydock in the colours of his trainer, Peter Chapple-Hyam, taking the 7 furlong handicap comfortably.  The chestnut was backed into 15/8 favourite for a second win following a comfortable 6 furlong maiden success at Doncaster.

Drawn wide but less wide after a couple of non-runners, Alan Munro tucked his mount in and bided his time.  Briefly pushing him along entering the home straight, the race was all over as Alan manoeuvred wide and got plenty of room.  VICTORY IDE SAY not only stayed the 7 comfortably but he quickened to go clear and won cosily by 1-1/2 lengths.

VICTORY IDE SAY bred by Rathasker Stud is yet another economically bought (20,000 euro) Allan Bloodlines purchase by Fath to win more than once.  Two have become winners of 6 each….
