Gimme Six wins the Gr2 Daisy Fillies Guineas on 7th May

The 3yo filly by Gimmethegreenlight out of District Six by Mujadil was co-bred by ourselves with Mr Marsh Shirtliff and Messrs Hassen Adams and Ken Truter.

Foaled, raised and started at Hemel ‘n Aarde, She races for Mr Adams and Mr & Mrs Truter, trained by Justin Snaith and ridden on the day by Anthony Delpech.

Victorious Jay 2nd Drill Hall (by our resident stallion and favourite son JAY PEG and co-bred with Marsh Shirtliff at Hemel ‘n Aarde) was 1/100th of a second from defeating MARINARESCO in the Drill Hall Grade 2 at the weekend.

Congratulations to the connections of 1st, 2nd and 3rd in a fantastic finish.

Since JAY PEG’s 2yo WOLJAYRINE won the Grade 3 Godolphin Barb Stakes less than 2 weeks ago, 13 Jay Pegs have finished in the frame including

VICTORIOUS JAY and the Klawervlei bred winner SHARP PEG.
