The Trainer

Vaughan Marshall at Milnerton just 20 minutes from the Cape Town Waterfront has trained the winners of many of the country’s leading races, some several times over – specifically 31 x Gr1 winners. He has a superb record both with 2 year olds and Grade 1 winners of races such as the Met. CAPTAIN OF STEALTH and GROUND CONTROL join the likes of current huge stakes winner ONE WORLD and CANUKEEPITSECRET in the footsteps of such as TAP O’ NOTH, WILLIAM LONGSWORD, THE SECRET IS OUT and ALWAYS IN CHARGE and before these, ALL IS SECRET, HILL FIFTY FOUR, TALES OF BRAVERY and of course he trained the great stallion CAPTAIN AL himself.

Vaughan has sent out many winners for Allan Bloodlines / Hintlesham Racing and helps greatly to make everyone feel welcome within the Team.

Racecourse Entry

In most cases there will be no charge for entry when your Racing Team has a runner – and a private box at Kenilworth is available overlooking the winning post together with on-course assistance. The membership charge does not include the cost of entry to or space at racecourses on Met Day. The Managers will do their best to communicate the available options within the rules of the racecourse.

TV and Video Options – in South Africa and Overseas

No shareholder is able to attend every race! Members can watch live on TV (Tellytrack) or live online (Tellytrack – subscription or RA membership required). Replays are online and Winning DVDs are also available.

Prize Money

Any Prize Money won will be credited as set out in Explanation & Rules. Shareholders should recognise that there is no actual or implied guarantee of a financial return.
