ICE LORD WINS FROM A SEEMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE POSITION

Sep 9, 2017

HINTLESHAM RACING scored a memorable and remarkable win at Ascot yesterday when ICE LORD overcame a seemingly impossible situation to power past the entire field and win going away.

Badly hampered at the start, the popular grey veered right and hung further right for nearly half the race – 10 lengths adrift. Hollie Doyle got him balanced again whereupon ICE LORD ran strongly up the far side and eventually won by a length and a quarter, going away.
Trainer Chris Wall has him in great shape and the Hintlesham Racing owning partners, to whom many congratulations. look forward to his next outing around the end of this month
