Loughnatousa Jimbo shows what he can do

At a training show at Patchetts in North London, the Allan Bloodlines Showjumping Team’s newest recruit had is first outing since arriving.

Indoors, on a tight 1.20 Open circuit, Jimbo cruised through to a clear and followed up with a second clear in the jump-off. Not pushed hard by rider John Crippen, the grey showed the benefit of his and John’s batural talent, of Tim Beecher’s work with him since he was a foal and of Bernice Cuthbert’s expertise in settling him in and taking him forward.

A Grade B qualified competitor, 1.20 is not a stern test but as horse and rider get to know each other, this was an excellent step forward.
