In the context of “Purchasing for Purpose”, we and our clients had a brilliant day on Sunday at Almaty Racecourse, Kazakhstan.

OBRIGADA¬†bought at Tattersalls for 18,000 guineas won the Kazakhstan Oaks (local Group 1) showing rare ability and the scope not only to win again at their highest level but also to look to race abroad. This as OBRIGADA’s third win.

TO ARMS, ex-Coolmore/John Gosden had been 2nd to OBRIGADA in their Group 3 pipe opener at Pavlodar, 1,000 km to the north. He won his next start and on Sunday the “equivalent” of the Dante Stakes, the Anilin Stakes Group 2.

6 other AllanBloodlines purchases were:1st in the Group 1 Elite Stakes (MAKE MEMORIES‘ fourth local Group 1 win)3rd and 4th in the Oaks1st and 2nd in the 2yo conditions race1st and 4th in another conditions race Quite a day for several owner clients and their families. Well done to them all.
