Applying broad business experience to a lifetime passion for horses, David has been active in bloodstock for 35 years.  He has established an excellent reputation as a judge and selector of racing and breeding stock; and as a successful racing and breeding manager over time. David strives to provide comprehensive, highly communicative services based on value for money and multiple winners!

In addition to the UK and Ireland activity, David set out in the early 2000s to create a business in South Africa where bands of broodmares and their followers are now owned and/or managed as well as stallions. Allan Bloodlines is active at all SA sales as buyer and seller and acts as consultant to farms, as well as Stallion Syndicates, in profiling and promotion.  As a purchasing consultant at sales, for clients, Allan is active in buying to breed and to race – as well as operating Racing Groups at modest cost to participants. 

David is a  Member of the Federation of Bloodstock Agents (UK), Racehorse Owners Association UK, Racing Association (SA), Thoroughbred Breeders Associations of UK and of SA and is a registered owner and breeder in UK, Ireland, USA and South Africa.

With winners in her own colours and in partnership with clients and Racing Group Members, Yoshi enjoys racing in UK and in South Africa and takes a close interest in breeding plans for mares.  She is active at sales in UK, Ireland, USA and South Africa assisting and entertaining clients and, in addition, Yoshi works on record keeping, statistics and supporting the stallion-related activities.

Based in Cape Town, Symantha is handling our administrative activity in stallion, breeding and racing management, as well as strongly contributing to digital marketing and promotional work for our clients and for ourselves. With experience in a number of industries, Symantha’s range of skills brings fresh impetus to Allan Bloodlines in a growing and developing role.
