TITUS ALONE (IRE) blitzed a field of several previous winners in a Novice at Redcar on Good to Firm ground romping home by 6 lengths that looked more. Jockey Fergal Lynch had a job pulling this confident young horse up and Bryan Smart deserved the many plaudits for the way the colt looked and behaved in all respects. TITUS ALONE had improved visibly from his Musselburgh debut win.

Royal Ascot (at York) now beckons all going well with a run in either the Norfolk Stakes or Windsor Castle Stakes on the cards.
