Hintlesham Thoroughbreds’ colt will be out again soon

2 year old debutant TITUS TWO ran a good first race this afternoon at Leicester on quickly drying Good to Firm (Firm in an  increasing number of places) ground taking everything in his stride.

HINTLESHAM THOROUGHBREDS seems to have a promising colt on its hands after a 5th place finish in a line of four, all well beaten by another Hannon hotpot bound for Royal Ascot KING TORUS.  With the disadvantage of the outside and little cover, TITUS TWO disputed the lead as the rising ground flatted into the final furling and was two necks short of being 3rd in a bunched finish – which he might have achieved if Jimmy Fortune had not dropped his whip.

Nevertheless, 3rd or 5th, this was a nice debut from which he will benefit and all going well he can run within a couple of weeks.
